Trout Gulch Mutual Water (TGW), a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation, that is member owned and managed. TGW is dedicated to managing water, a precious resource, through production, storage, and distribution in the safest and most cost effective manner possible. Our Board of Directors shall assure good stewardship of company operations entrusted to them by its members and remain transparent with each and every action and activity undertaken. Decisions shall reflect integrity and fairness to all members served.

Notice to ALL Trout Gulch Mutual Water Company Customers
Ballots and candidates' statements were mailed to all Members on June 9. Please fill out your ballot and bring it with you to the meeting. A short business meeting will follow the election - come and meet your neighbors and find out the latest on our new well and other updates on your water company.
If you are unable to attend, fold the completed ballot to expose the address, add a stamp and return it by US mail to be received no later than June 23. Or drop it in the secure mailbox at 531 Valencia Road, Aptos. Our by-laws state that Members may vote in person or may authorize designated person to act as proxy, to vote as directed on their ballot, so by signing and returning your ballot, your votes in this important election will be counted, giving you a say in how your company is run in the coming year.
The announced candidates for TGW's Board of Directors for one year terms are:
Jim Brownson - Chris Klein - Carolyn Lewis - Norman Wyman - Larry Young.
The ballot also provides a space for Members to write in candidates.
